How does the counselling service operate?

Interchange provides an agreed number of counselling sessions which are free to your staff. This is established through a contract between Interchange and you, the employer.

Any of your staff will be able to make an appointment, and a first session is usually arranged within one or two weeks of the initial contact, earlier if possible. Counselling sessions are normally held away from the work setting at the counsellor's own premises, but in a location convenient to the individual.

Confidentiality is maintained at all times and no personal details of members of staff are divulged by us. Interchange will charge you an all-inclusive fee on a sessional basis. The cost per counselling session will include the fee for the counsellor involved, the administration cost by Interchange and the feedback you may require. Invoicing will be on a monthly basis.
